Pavel Matsienok is a strategic information technology executive and team leader. He has expertise in both technical and cloud operations within the telecommunications and SaaS domains. Equipped with a broad skillset that includes both PMP and ITIL, Pavel has been recognized for his work developing processes and systems, and for driving change management and enterprise solutions.

As Vice President of Cloud Operations at Zultys, Pavel is accountable for identifying and developing the infrastructures to effectively manage key business areas. These include data center and network operations, Telco connectivity, billing and fulfillment processes, technical support for end users, customer portal development and automation, as well as the company’s secure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Pavel served as Zultys’ Manager of Technical Support and Director of Cloud Operations before advancing to his current Vice President role in 2015.
