This individual will be responsible for assisting our Channel Partners and sales force in pursuing company goals of increasing sales and delivering world-class pre-sales support. The channel support group is responsible for assisting our sales channel in the design and demonstration of our products, as well handling calls and emails requesting assistance or detailed application support.

- Strong technical skills related to VoIP and a broad understanding of business processes
