It has been a little under four months, since Zultys has turned the ON switch on ZAC—Zultys Advanced Communicator—the new unified communication and collaboration tool. In that time, ZAC has worked tirelessly assisting not only our own team, but many other teams across the world. And like any new employee, it took ZAC some time to learn the ropes and to find its place among the coworkers. Zultys learned a lot too; we got a lot of positive and constructive feedback from our partners and customers, and we too have been working together to make ZAC the best collaboration tool it could be.
Today, we are proud to release the next version of the ZAC software. While still in the pilot stage, this ZAC has more features and boasts an improved user experience. With the new addition, ZAC is ready to take on new responsibilities and help you and your coworkers do much more!
The new features added to ZAC 2.0 are:
– Ability to send and receive FAX messages
– On demand call recording
– Integration with Microsoft Outlook—ZAC will now look up contact information within Outlook contact list, as well as show colored icon next to coworkers’ addresses when sending and receiving email messages in Outlook to reflect their current Presence states
– Integration with MXmeeting and MXconference, enabling users to quickly and conveniently schedule collaborative sessions or multi-party calls
With the addition of these features, ZAC is getting closer to realizing its dream of becoming a fully-inclusive communication and collaboration tool for any business. ZAC is ready to take on new responsibilities at your company, connecting employees together and making collaborating across multiple locations as easy as from across a conference room table.
