Zultys, a leading provider of innovative unified communication solutions that empower businesses to collaborate effectively, today announced Release 14 for MX-SE, MX-E and MXvirtual platforms. Major features of the release include security enhancements, web browser-based SuperView – a powerful tool for Contact Center supervisors, enhanced call recording capabilities and more.
Web-based Call Center Analytics and Management Tools
Zultys introduced the first iteration of SuperView in 2011. It is an effective tool for supervisors of contact centers to view all the relevant statistics for multiple call groups in a single window. On top of monitoring call group activity, including all agents, calls and call queues, supervisors can also directly manage activity in the same window. Supervisors can assign priority to calls in queue or designate calls to specific agents when they become available, manage agent status by logging out inactive agents, silent monitor an agent call, barge in or enable on-demand call recording.
SuperView is a “one stop shop” for all contact center operation and with Release 14, SuperView is now a web-based application available on any device via a web browser. Call center managers can move around freely while still having real-time statistics and alerts in front of them. With no installation required, a supervisor can view a full snapshot of contact center activity from any device while they monitor and assist agents in person.
System Security Enhancements
Release 14 enhances the MX systems’ network security with the introduction of a Source Based Firewall with expanded automated detection and banning of suspicious network sources to ensure the MX system remains protected from hacking attempts. System services may be locked down with additional granularity, known good networks whitelisted and sources of disruptive traffic permanently blacklisted.
Automatic Call Recording Flexibility
With Release 14, Zultys customers have additional flexibility when recording calls: a new feature allows automatic call recording to be enabled per Trunk Group. For example, companies may satisfy legal or corporate requirements to record all external calls without unnecessarily recording internal calls between staff.
And More New Features and Improvements
- Centralized system contact directory compatible with ZIP 3 and ZIP 4 series IP phones.
- MXreport enhancement to collect analytics on automatic callback requests from queue.
- Companies needing to utilize traditional audio devices as a source for Music on Hold or external paging, can now use a special Zultys USB adapter to connect their audio devices to an MX-E or MX-SE system.
MX Release 14 is available to download immediately. Existing customers should contact their Zultys Authorized Channel Partner for further information.
