Do you have Unified Communications or SaaS sales experience along with a deep-seated drive to hit objectives while working with a team in a variety of environments? You might be the right candidate for our Regional Sales Manager position. Zultys is looking for passionate professionals with an unwavering desire to be successful and grow in their career. The Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for the growth of existing Partners and Agents, as well as the recruitment of new Partners and Agents into our channel. The position involves travel to Partner locations to work with them on establishing objectives and creating plans that will facilitate the Partner’s success.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
- Actively recruit qualified Partners and Agents in geographic territory
- Participate in training and launch of newly recruited Partners
- Develop business plans with Partners and Agents to define success between both organizations
- Quarterly business reviews with Partners and Agents to make sure we are all working to plan
- Pipeline and opportunity management
- Quarterly and monthly forecasts, updated weekly
- Participate in product demonstrations
- Assist in closing end user deals
Requirements
- Premise or Hosted Unified Communications (UCaaS), IP Telephony, or SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of selling high value, complex solutions
- Significant travel
- Strong relationship building skills and networking experience
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to help partners understand products and where they fit in an opportunity
- Strong knowledge of the UCaaS marketplace and Agent community
- Understanding of how UCaaS can fit into any business and help improve productivity
