This promotion is for the Zultys fully hosted cloud offering, only for all qualifying accounts ordered between January 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025. Restrictions may apply.

Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and the number of Contact Center users are based on the first invoice (not the Service Order Agreement). MRR does not include taxes, usage, install fees, or pass-through charges. Discounted deals do not qualify for this SPIFF. Demo accounts and Partner discount accounts do not qualify for this SPIFF. This promotion does not apply to add-on orders to existing accounts. Accounts must be at least $100 in MRR with a 36-month contract or longer to qualify for this SPIFF.

SPIFF payouts greater than $30,000 will be paid in separate monthly checks. The initial payment will be $30,000. The remaining SPIFF payout balance will be paid monthly at a rate not exceeding a 1X payment equal to the new MRR until the entire amount is paid.

Zultys reserves the right to reclaim incentive payments if terms and conditions are not met, the order is canceled, the MRR decreases, or services are terminated early. If repayment is not made within 30 days of cancellation, Zultys will hold future commissions until the amount of the SPIFF payment is collected. If payback is applicable, contact the company responsible for commission payment.

This incentive cannot be combined with other current channel incentives, SPIFFs, or promotions unless the other program explicitly says it includes SPIFFs. Claim forms must be submitted within 60 days of the order activation. The customer’s system must be active and billed monthly to be eligible for SPIFF payment.

In the event that the customer stops paying their monthly invoices or disconnects their Zultys services, the following clawback rules will apply.

• 0 to 12 months = 100% clawback
• 12 months +1 day to 18 months = 75% clawback
• 18 months + 1 day to 24 months = 50% clawback
• 24 months +1 day to 30 months = 25% clawback
• Past 30 months = 0% clawback

The clawback schedule starts on the date of the first invoice. The last month is the month of the last paid invoice. For example, if the customer stopped paying after 11 months and disconnected after 13 months, then the SPIFF return is 100%.

The clawback percentage is determined by the number of payments made and the cancellation date. For example, if the customer made exactly 18 payments and canceled the same day as the 18^th payment, then the SPIFF return is 75%. If the customer made exactly 18 payments and canceled the day after the 18^th payment, then the SPIFF return is 50%.

Buyback is added to the month paid. For example, if the customer canceled after 12 months but paid buyback for another 12 months, then the SPIFF return is 25%.

If the customer downsizes by more than 25%, the SPIFF clawback is calculated as pro-rated for the period when it occurs. For example, if on month 15 the customer downsized by 50%, then the SPIFF return is 75% * 50% = 37.5% clawback.

Zultys has the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
